Artwork and File Requirements:

Client are to submit their artwork in softcopy, A4 size with a min bleed of 3mm and in CMYK colour mode.

Upon receiving the artwork, we will double check the file before further advising. In the case if the elements are not sharp enough or if the file does not have a bleeding of 3mm or in CMYK colour mode, the client will be informed and we will await further instructions.

However, if the artwork submitted fits all the requirements, we will send an artwork preview for the client’s confirmation before we proceed with the order.

Lead time:

Normally, 2-3 working days after payment and artwork confirmation

Delivery Mode:

Once the order is ready, clients may choose to make a self collection from our office or opt for courier service at an additional charge of $9.

What is a Certificate?

Certificates are documents which can serve different purposes depending on the receiver and what event the receiver is in. However, the main purpose is to appreciate, recognize or act as an award to the recipient. For example, a Certificate of Completion of a certain school/ course, Certificate of Participation etc.

With a certificate, you may encourage and motivate others, allow the recipient to feel appreciated for their hard work and may even encourage them to performance better to attain another certificate of a higher level.

For design wise, it is entirely up to your preference to come out with what might suit you and your organization best for the purpose of the certificate. We will further advise after you provide us with the ready to print file. In the event our assistance is needed to layout your certificate, an additional fee will be incurred.
